Canopy Analytics is hiring a contract Product Designer to work with our Head of Product to create high fidelity designs which are ready to hand off to engineering. This role is part time (10-20 hrs / week).
We're a web based cloud platform. We build analytics, workflows and alerts on our customer’s data. Our application makes operating apartment complexes more profitable without increasing the rent for renters. Apartment owners and property managers use our product everyday and it drives meaningful ROI for their business.
More housing in dense urban areas is critical to stopping climate change and improving economic mobility. People shouldn't have to drive or pay high rent for economic opportunity. Apartment management is a $3T industry which still runs on Excel. This creates a huge amount of waste and drives up costs. We're making it more financially viable to build and operate housing. Our vision is to be the software layer that operates and finances the next generation of cities.
